I was on a family vacation and took my Canon camera out on a morning stroll near the hotel I was staying at with a 24-240 mm lens with a diffusion lens filter on. It was by chance that I was able to see the Parliament buildings through the foliage and it reminded me of European styled fantasy castles overlooking a moat.

I coloured the image to have a dreamy/fantasy feel to it in Lightroom and removed the scaffoldings in Photoshop as the Parliament buildings were undergoing renovations when I took the photograph.
