Los Angeles, CA. Shot from the 4th Street Bridge overlooking the 110 Freeway during Blue Hour. Shot with Nikon D810 and 80-200 f/4 on Induro tripod. This was an old $100 manual focus lens - one of the best lenses I ever owned! Multiple images were taken to expose for shadows, highlights, and light trails and blended together in photoshop.
