A beautiful still evening in late summer at the UNESCO world Heritage site of Ironbridge in Shropshire, UK. I knew there would be hot air balloons in the area because of a local balloon fiesta, and the weather report told me they would be blown this way.
I found the right / only spot to get the reflection and then waited until some balloons floated past, most were above the bridge, but this one ended up exactly where I wanted it.
There is not much special equipment here, just a Sony A7III, a Tamron 28-75 f2,8 lens and a lot of patience.
Nice to get the balloon in there.
Beautiful shot – well planned.
