Spring this year and this field had been planted with oilseed rape for the first time in quite a few years.
I chose an almost cloudless morning to visit to get the strong yellow and blue contrast.
Taken with a Sony A7IV and a Tamron 28-75 f2.8 lens at 34mm, 1/200 f10 ISO 100 and using a circular polariser.
Very effective use of thirds.
This image has great potential. I feel like the rape and tree are a little soft. Additionally remove the tree top on the right side, it's distracting. I think it would be stronger to take in the morning or evening light. I would love to know the location so I can shoot it myself! :)
