Reine's snowy mountains and clouds
Northern countries and especially Norway are among the countries I am more interested in taking photographs. I took this photo in the village of Reine in the Lofoten Islands. Since it was October, the sun was rising later. At approximately 11 o'clock, while the sun was slanting, the light coming from behind me shone on the first snow image of the season that had just fallen. I was very impressed by this photo, where the environment was not too colorful and blue and white were more dominant. Frankly, after taking the photo, I did not leave that spot for a long time and continued to watch it with my naked eye. When I took the photo, I used a Nikon D850 body and a Nikkor 28-300 lens. Other than that, I did not use any additional filters or tripods. The exif information of the photo is ISO 100, 36 mm, f/8 and 1/250 sec.
I used Luminar Neo to process the photo. I slightly increased the exposure value in the slightly underexposed photo. In addition, I reduced the highlights value to create contrast. In the color section of the basic settings, I made the whiteness of the snowy mountains a little more impressive by changing the hue, saturation and light amount of blue. The dehaze tool for the sky made the clouds more impressive. In the last section, I completed the process with noise reduction and sharpness settings.
