This photo was taken in the lavender fields of Brihuega in Spain during a summer night.

The foreground was captured during the astronomical twilight with the following settings: 17mm, 1 min, f/2.8, ISO 1600.

The sky was captured a few minutes later at night, from the same location, with a star tracker: 17mm, 2 min, f/2.8, ISO 800.

I did basic edits with Capture One to match exposures and color, then I did the merging and the rest of the edit in Photoshop.

This is one of my personal favorite images I've taken.
