I was trying to capture this kind of shot for a few times already but i was not happy about the timing or the sky but this time I was finally lucky.

This is a self portrait captured in Helsinki, Finland with a DJI Mini 2 drone hovering just a 10-15ft above ground and using 5 second interval timer. I was monitoring the optimal location of myself and sun then just trial and error for around 10-15 minutes combining me tweaking the drone position and driving back and forth. Basic post processing like cropping, exposure, tone curve adjustment, HSL changes and adding fine detail sharpening and a pinch of noise reduction in Lightroom Classic.
