This picture was made in Rotterdam at the 'famous' Kop van zuid.
I combined 2 pictures. 1 for the background and one from the moving tram that was passing by. I used a shutter speed of 4 seconds, F11, ISO 160 at 16mm.
This shot was made with a sony A7iii with a 16-35mm f2.8 GM.
