The image was shot in april 2023, midday at the Chocolate Mountains on Bohol, Philippines. We were in broad daylight, when a thunderstorm rolled in, just after we climbed up to the viewpoint. When the rain stopped the high temperature created this wonderful fog & low hanging clouds. I shot this image handheld. In post I desaturated the colors a bit, cleaned up the rim of the first mountain by removing some bushes in order to make the lonely tree stand out more.
