Shot on the famous glacier lagoon in Iceland on a very cold evening. This was a once of a lifetime shot, during the Covid pandemic. Due to the large aperture, I had to focusstack this shot. The images of the icebergs in the foreground are lit with my headtorch. In post I blended the shots together and cleaned the image (removed small patches of ice). Ofcourse some noise reduction was applied and I added some contract.
Nikon Z6 & Nikkor Z 20mm f/1.8S

Very nice image good work and lots of effort capturing the aurora. Nice composition and good color and sharpness 👍
Thanks Nick! And you are right...lots of effort! ;)
