This was taken at a hike with some friends next to the glacier of Morgehorn (Blüemlisalp, Switzerland). I tried to capture the majestic masses of ice, hanging almost vertical on the rocks. In these moments it always makes me a bit sad, knowing that soon all of this will be gone within the next couple of years due to climate change and only the photo remains.
Edited in Lightroom, turned b&w, minor adjustments in contrast with 3 masks: the rock in the foreground, the glacier and the sky.
Taken on my travel & adventure camera Sony RX10 M4 at 8.8mm, f/7.1, 1/1000s, ISO100 (should be 24mm f/19 full frame equiv)
