An older image from Pienza, Italy but with a newer post processing touch. Having learnt and gained more experience in photography and Lightroom over the many years since this image was taken, I always enjoy, in those moments of nothi9ng to do, going back through old images and seeing if I can breath new life in to them.
This image was taken on a workshop in Tuscany. I initially liked the contrast in colours between the vibrant reds and yellows of the poppies and the cool blues of the olive trees. A very simple composition which if I recall correctly was hard to get due to other workshops members being in the way (we`ve all had that) and there was only four or five olive trees in total to get balanced. I like that I have allowed the movement of the flowers and branches to show in the image, giving a slight abstract and natural feel to the image.

Reminds me of a Renoir. Great job with a beautiful image.
