This image of the Portland Head Lighthouse was taken during the blue hour before sunrise. It was shot on a Canon 70D and an EFS 10-22mm lens at 10mm. A 20 second exposure at F/10 (ISO 800) was used to blur the water and the clouds. The RAW file had noise reduction done in DxO and then Photoshop was used to finish the image. Local and global adjustments were made including exposure and contrast. A few distracting bright lights on the horizon were removed and some of the rocks were brightened.
