Named the "Yehoshua", the sea vessel departed from Port of Mariveles, Bataan bound to Aparri, Cagayan. While on a rescue mission of a stranded barge at the seashore of Brgy. Pinipin on the stormy night of July 25, 2021, the tugboat suffers engine malfunction making it uncontrollable causing it to run aground. Fortunately all crew of both the tugboat and barge survive the incident.
