A skyline shot of the city of Rotterdam during blue hour. Shot with my Nikon D850 + Nikkor 16-35. I made 9-shot exposure bracket (-9 to 0) to recover al the details in the highlights and also made a 3-shot focus bracket to accommodate for the sharpness of the tree in the foreground. Post-processing was done in Lightroom with basic adjustments to lighting, contrast and color. The different exposures were merged in Lightroom to make an HDR file. I exported the HDR file and the focus brackets into Photoshop and then merged the focus stack using 'auto-blend stack images'. Finally, I recovered details in the highlights by blending in the HDR file with luminosity masking.
