Taken on a trip to Vestrahorn with the Nikon D780 and Nikon 24-70mm F2.8 I refused to join the photographers taking the shot of the ice-covered black sand approach and walked further up the road. Taking a trip back as the sun was dipping, I managed to find a spot below the dunes and capture this scene with an excessive amount of foreground 'interest' to frame the hazy backdrop.
