1.87 - "Needs Work" 

Caption: A woman walk past giant Japanese cedar trees in the Reserva Florestal Parcial da Serra de S. Barbara e dos Misterios Negros nature park in Terceira Island, Azores, Portugal. More than 22 percent of the land on Terceira Island is set aside as nature preserves.

Shot on a drizzly day. The forest has massive cedar trees that are protected and have grown to amazing proportions. Hiking trails and small roads run through parts of the forest bringing light into a very dark, dense forest.

Capture: Sony A7R M4, with Sony 24-105mm lens at 105mm, f/5.6, 1/250th, -2.0 exposure comp, Aperture Priority, Auto WB. Shot in RAW. Handheld.

Processed in lightroom as follows: Color Temp: 4590, Tint +18, exposure +0.45, Contrast +17, highlights -79, Shadows +74, Whites +31, Clarity +25, Dehaze +6, Vibrance +28. Nothing else.
