Landscape Photography

Portland, OR, panorama. The 15 images that comprise this pano were taken with a Nikon D700 camera and an 18-200 mm lens; pano was stitched in a PanoramaStudio3Pro suite. The Blue Angels formation, taken separately by me at a different event, was edited in later. Note the "fleet" of red 18-wheel semis on the lower section of the bridge. As I was taking the 15 images by sweeping the camera from left to right and taking individual images, the truck with the red cab was also moving from my left to right, and was included in 4 images. Stitching all the images together makes it look like a fleet of identical trucks was on the bridge. The Willamette River is in the foreground and east Portland spreads out to the east. Note Mt. Hood in middle of pano and Mt St Helens at left of pano in the distance.
