This is an old image but still one of my favorite wildlife photos I've taken. I took this with a Nikon d3200 and the kit 50-200mm lens. Don't let anyone tell you, you can't get decent photos from a kit lens!
This was back when I was first getting into photography. Maybe 2016ish. I did all of the editing in lightroom. I could never get a good selection of the bird in photoshop so I took a brush in LR with exposure and saturation turned all the way down and painted the background black. The b/w conversion was also done in LR.
