Just joining the fun, it's two lights setup, one camera left angled to only lit the top part of the higher staples to give the impression of being a tall building due to the gradient falloff of the light, and another light through a DIY diffuser with a blue gel to give a "night feel", and to fill a bit the shadows, a piece of white foamboard to bounce back some light.
