The sun was about to set, a small gap between the wall and the stairs lit up with golden light... a big enough gap to get a glimpse of the background, the Atlantic coastline of the Western Algarve (Portugal). Part of a series for the architect, shot on Sony A7RIII with Zeiss Batis 18mm, bracket of 3 images and blended in PS with Lumenzia.

I saw it soon after you posted it in your portfolio and rated it soon after that … I thought I had also commented on it then, but was mistaken. I was busy commenting on the confusion of the contest’s extension and original inability to vote. So I began commenting on entries.
Love all the lines and geometry in this image and how you used the dramatic lighting within that geometry while not over powering the overall tonality of your composition.
