This was taken of a homeless man getting food out of the trash in Seattle. This is one of my favorites because of the way the image conveys emotion and struggle for people in this condition and his unkempt appearance adds to the image contrast. This was in extreme contrast to the environment which was the waterfront a tourist area and people were walking around with their food and drinks not thinking twice. It was shot with a Nikon D800 using a Tamron 70-200 lens.
