I was flying my drone over Borobudur Temple in central Java during a magical sunrise and got lucky. I wanted to find a composition in which the tip of the temple was aligned to the tip of Mount Merapi volcano, which turned out to be harder than expected. I had to fly the drone more than 1.5 km away and constantly lost connection. This was shot with the Mavic 3 Pro Cine at 70mm with f2.8. I deliberately used the zoom lens even though it meant that I would loose some quality over the standard lens. But I wanted to get more compression in order to have mount Merapi look more stunning this way.
