I was walking across Green Park in London in heavy snow when I saw this bloke hunched up and walking purposely to an (unknown) destination. The scene reminded me of the John le Carre book The Spy who came in from the cold. I had an old lumix compact camera in my pocket, but had no time to fiddle with settings. The moment was critical, so I had to wing it. Amazingly the picture required only minor cropping.
