Taken in 2023 during a spring snowstorm. A bit of frost overnight had added a beautiful white coat over everything, so I went out with snowshoes hoping to find a simple composition that singled out a few trees in order to make a high-key photograph when I came upon this scene, which was exactly what I had in mind.
