This photo was taken in Steamboat Springs, Colorado USA. I was walking around town taking photos of the massive snow drifts and this ski shop caught my eye for a couple reasons. First I love the texture of all the skis hanging on the wall. Second you can get a good visual on how deep the snow was, and finally I thought the name of the ski shop was funny. As far as the edit I thought the square aspect ratio fit how small and compact the ski shop was. On the edits I had to drop the highlights because the sun was very intense, reduced the texture and clarity a little bit, and then gave it a little vignette. Overall I think it’s a fun photo with a lot of character.
