In Belgium we have rarely any winter scenery, except this little part close to Germany that has a little region that has a little altitude and sometimes a bit of snow. I drove three hours on a very foggy day to this location. It's on a military domain and there's no hiking trails. You just have to find the spot. And that's what I did. The sun was unfortunatelu behind the scene so I had to wait for some clouds to roll in.
