Winter

We don't often get snow in southern New Mexico so it's a treat to get out and shoot in the elements. Image captured with a Canon R8 and Sigma 70 - 200 2.8. It was my first change to shoot with ANIMAL AF and for the most part AF locked on the face and eye, except when the heavier snow started to fall. It hunted (as expected) but when it locked on, it nailed focus in very challenging conditions!
