I took this photo of a Snowshoe hare eating bark off a twig, when I was on a walk! I saw it wandering through the snowy woods in April of 2023, so I laid in the snow and started taking photos. I struggled to stay still enough not to scare it off, but wearing camouflage helped. Taken with my Nikon D7200, 200-500mm f5.6.
