Skating Duck
It was a freezing January day in London when I walking over to the pond on Blackheath in the middle of the afternoon. The duck pond by the Princess of Wales pub had frozen over and I noticed that the water fowl were having all sorts of problems as they tried to cross the the frozen surface. I noticed this one duck looked as though he had mastered skating on the ice. I managed to get a couple of frames as he skated over the surface. This particular frame caught him mid stride. He looks as though he is concentrating hard to stay up.
