This is a candid picture of an elderly couple taken in August 2025 in Crete, Greece with the Canon 5D mark II and the nifty fifty lens moments after sunset. The whole sky has become a massive soft box generating extremely soft light with this lovely sunset/blue hour color palette. This is the kit I bring with me for holidays when I want a camera that is cheap enough I don't have to baby it. The image was edited with the Dehancer film emulator Lightroom plugin choosing the Kodak Portra 400 preset.
