This is an image of Windermere in the Lake District, UK. Generally, on my way to hikes in the central Fells I pass through Ambleside on the shore of Windermere. This particular morning, just after dawn, as I was passing I just had to stop in a nearby carpark and leap out of my car. It was a very still and serene scene bathed in the soft light of dawn. Taken on my Nikon D7000 and Nikon 17-70mm lens.
