My friend Kara and I braved the rain and the cold to do these shots. It was close to freezing during this shoot, and a steady drizzle. I had to bag and tape off the flash so it did not get screwed up. Luckily it didn't.
We were going for a Helmut Newton approach, and attempted his shot with Elsa Peretti (the infamous bunny shoot). But with the shift of time, we lost the light we were looking for, and had to make due with what we had. So we switched it up a bit, and went more towards the 'Sin City' vibes.
This was shot in black in white, and profile matched in PS.
