I have been taking photos of a variety of protests and rallies in my city, hoping to capture the essence of what is often a chaotic situation. On this day a line of police were keeping two opposing factions apart, but they paid little attention to me travelling on both sides with my camera. I was fortunate that at this moment one of the offices made eye contact. Little editing was needed, just a little darkening and added contrast.
