This is Jared. With a little exposure+ added. Almost sooc. Challenge: sitting on the front bucket of a Volvo loader...Harsh sun from camera right being blocked by a reflector. Lighting on camera left balanced to expose the face in contrast to the underexposed background. The dark clothing and gray painted steel contribute to the effect. Smooth/clear skin is a boon, too! Shot with a Nikon D810, Nikon 85mm 1.4 lens at F5.6, 1/250th, Flashpoint AD200 at 1/8 power shot through a gridded, 24" Glow octabox.
