Not often have I seen and photographed a building so flawless and deprived of superfluous elements as the Palazzo della Civiltà in Rome, completed in 1953. I'm so glad I spent an hour of my vacation, walking around this impressive building.

Shot on a Nikon Z6 with Nikon 24-120mm S lens at 70mm. It only required a bit of contrast, shifting whites and shadows and setting the correct WB. And yes, please permit me the basic straightening of the verticals, as I didn't bring a shift lens on my family vacation ;-)

ps. the first submission from a couple of days ago was edited on Lightroom on my phone, on the go. But looking at the uploaded photo later on a proper screen, it was not as I expected. So this new version comes directly out of Camera Raw, with changes made on a laptop.
