This photo was taken from an overhead bridge in Shinjuku, facing Kabuki-cho. I wanted to go for a long exposure, so I used s tripod. Rule of thumb is to turn off any vibration control when using a tripod, which I did. My first attempts came out blurry; the bridge was vibrating due to heavy traffic. I changed my settings and got it right.
