While some manufacturers have been releasing gear at a breakneck pace, Nikon has been quite quiet the last few months. It seems they are finally waking up, though, with a lot of lens announcements rumored to come this week.
Both Nikon Rumors and Photo Rumors are reporting that Nikon is readying a few lens announcements this week to continue to build out their Z mount mirrorless line, which has mostly consisted of practical workhorses so far. The rumored lenses include the NIKKOR Z 105mm f/2.8 Micro, sure to be a popular option, and the NIKKOR Z 50mm f/2.8 Micro. A development announcement for 28mm f/2.8 and 40mm f/2 lenses is also expected, along with a new Z lens roadmap, though it is not clear at the moment how the new roadmap will differ from the original. That being said, the company recently said that talk they were experiencing delays was unfounded and to expect a lot of activity in the coming months. We may see more this week, but even if we do not, it seems like Nikon intends to kick it into high gear rather soon here. In between that and Sony and Canon, it looks like 2021 is going to be quite competitive!
Does Nikon AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR Telephoto Lens works on Nikon D5300 ? If. Yes the results would be compromised keeping in view the zoom this lens offer. Thanks.
