How Good Is the New Insta360 Ace Pro 2 Action Camera?

If you're in the market for a new action camera for your behind-the-scenes work, or you know, actual action, the new Insta360 might be worth a look. So, in this video, see what it's capable of.

In the past 20 years, I believe there have been two huge shifts in photography and videography: drones and action cameras. Before these innovations, those sorts of perspectives were gated behind high-end production equipment price tags. As soon as they became available to the average consumer, the space transformed quickly and dramatically.

Perhaps the latest generations simply see action cameras, for example, as par for the course — a staple for behind-the-scenes footage, vlogging, and capturing extreme sports and escapades, but to me, there's still some novelty to what they bring to the table.

Nevertheless, it has been a while since I've used an action camera and seeing this video by Manny Ortiz on the new Ace Pro 2, I realize just how far they've come. And, by extension, just how versatile a camera it is. So, although this video by Ortiz may be sponsored by the camera's manufacturer, it is still an excellent showcase of the capabilities and valuable if an action camera is on your shopping list.
