These are a highly endangered species, and the rescue center has this young male tiger, which they hope will breed with their already existing female Malayan tiger.

A new arrival at the rescue center. She was very friendly and very flirty, rolling about on her back and meowing, then staring at you as if she might be hungry. A magnificently beautiful animal

I like the shot and color it's a beautiful image, but I think the skin is to process.
Agree with Anthony. The processing of the face especially makes her look unreal (though that may have been the intent).
It looks like an anime to me [but maybe that was the intent] the crop on the bottom is very unfavorable in my view.

The model's totally into it, nice centered crop that works well in this one, lighting and depth of field ads to this capture and I have no problem with her skin, makes her look more innocent but try a small amount more of texture in her skin? Just maybe?

I think you should flip the background left-to-right so the sun comes through on her right to match the brightest rim lighting on that side of her body. (I assume the background was added in post.) As it is, there is no practical explanation why the sun isn't the brightest thing in the scene.
