An afternoon out on the water
It was mid September late in the afternoon, a group of sailboats were out on the water enjoying the weather, there was a soft breeze blowing, pushing on the sails.

There is some beautiful motion here, and she has great poise, but I guess that doesn't help me understand your comment.
It takes a lot of body control from the model. In relation to that placing the lights and pressing the shutter is easy.
