Congratulations to you both. This very nice indeed.

new to this site.... and discussion..... but ill put my 2 cent in.....

For the first try....these piece of work are great!!!!

Suggestions..

For pic# 1 (top).... instead of a shirt... try a shawl... something with some texture to it too..... the shirt is a little too much - especially being white.... being that they are B&W works... if she really wanted to wear a shirt.... then a light nude/tan color would work great..... a neutral color to complement her beautiful features....

For pic# 2 bottom).... this is a great pose and use of light.... I would have her (or your next customer) angle her head/face down a little so you can see her beautiful face..... maybe looking at you too... never know... play with the photography...

your lighting is spot on, great job......

hope this helps, J.

Thank you Jarrod, i appreciate your detail feedback and inputs .

No prob... my favorite photograph work is B&W.... great job!!!

I like how you handled the lighting in your monochrome photos. Great tonal range

EURASIAN OWL (?)

I have been sorting through my external SSDs, getting rid of all the photographs I should have got rid of on the day I uploaded them.

Be Careful

I have been working through all my SSD exts, which are filled with thousands of photographs, most of which are dross and need to be deleted.

New Life

This is not a good shot in the way we ould normally think of but I at least the got the eye dead sharp of this 5-7 day old Wood Pigeon which we have done our best to protect both parents.
