Photographing milky way on the constantly moving observation tower.

Shot taken at the top of observation tower (40 meters height) in the middle of the forest, which is surrounded by lakes. Pretty challenging task to make long exposures, because tower is constantly moving when wind starts to blow and shots get blurry.
On the other hand - almost no light pollution at that place despite city glow, which almost fitted perfectly below milky way. No color correction done, it was actually that blue and I don`t know why. Clouds are lighted by another city glow, which was behind me. Got lucky to have that warm and cold tones in one shot.
Any ideas how to take long exposures when You and your tripod with camera are on a constantly moving surface? Critique is also welcome.

nice shot ..there is a way just an unaffordable one

Can you not go down to the lakeshore in front of you to image the sky?
