A few weeks ago on Lofoten islands, a huge geomagnetic storm created spectacular aurora show. It was just insanely beautiful! For me, it was the first time I saw the northern lights and I have to say It was much better than I expected! This is a truly magical spectacle from mother nature.
I don't know if that is just my imagination but I can see on that picture an aurora in the shape of an eagle landing on the mountain top? Are you seeing that too?

this is nice just out of curiosity is this natural or did you use a distortion tool
No distortion tools used, pure creation of mother nature. Auroras are in constant movement and every second it looks totally different. It was pure luck that in my 5 second exposure it looked like eagle.

My favorite are when they come directly over head.Kind of like a star burst. You have a fantastic shot I really love the textures and color. Absolutely amazing!
