I held a lighting workshop recently. Sterling was the model. I rarely shoot silhouettes but I wanted to incorporate that arch into a shot. Backlighting became an obvious choice.

Superb, that’s a lot of integration time. You can even see some reflection nebula from the brighter magnitude star!
