I was on a driving tour of the American Southwest. I wanted to get in a shoot while I was in Arizona. A local photographer recommended Dai and I shoot. We couldn't find a wardrobe stylist so we just eliminated the wardrobe. I hope you like it.
Thanks Bill. The afternoon sun was pretty low. I wanted the harsh direct sunlight but I didn't want split lighting. I had her sister (the assistant) hold a homemade reflector (white beach towel) to open shadows on her face. We'll have to plan something for the next time I'm in AZ.
BTW... I didn't realize you were in Tucson. I spent a lot of time there before my retirement from my engineering career. We pass through Tucson on the way back home from our visits to Havasu.
Hector, I like your idea but the lighting doesn't work. I live in AZ. also, I could have help you with this shot...
