I think this one is obvious but just in case, sailing
First picture is taken from Barbers Point on Lake Champlain, NY and an interesting story about the Barbers who were the first settlers in Essex County NY. They were pirates, pillaging trading ships coming from Canada down into the states and vice versa, there is a Historical plaque in West Port NY about their family heritage.
2nd photo is sailing into the Mystic, just off the Florida Coast in Venice, a beautiful sunset sail for sure.
Third photo is taken on the Coast of Florida in Nokomis, visited the beach with my brother and his family and of course i usually have my camera with me, love when there is a lone sail boat on the Gulf around sunset, makes for wonderful pictures.
These are gorgeous, Christopher. Composition feels just right. The last one is my favorite if I had to choose! I love the emotion it evokes.
Thank you Photo Girl, they are very relaxing to look at 😃
Nice set Christopher. Like PG, I feel the last deserves special mention.
BTW - I am on the other side of Lake Champlain, outside of Burlington VT.
Thank you Alan. Champlain is my happy place, love the Adirondacks and Green Mountains. I rented a cabin from the Barbers on the point for about 20 years and take the ferry across from Essex to head up to Burlington to head out to the micro breweries. Two great areas.
