I think it looks decent. Her skin seems overly smoothed and I'm not a fan of the mirror thing (reminds me of selfies on instagram). The distinct difference in color between her face and her back/arm is somewhat jarring. I like the model and the makeup and the beaded thing she's wearing. The exposure looks good but I'd probably pop the highlights a little more.

I love the lighting and pose on this. I agree that perhaps the retouching is a little heavy but I really like the vibe here.
