Focus Stacking ~ New to Me
I am interested in learning Macro/Closeup photography and understanding that Focus Bracketing is a good part of the process, I thought I would give focus stacking a try.
Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.
Austin, Texas Blue Hour
Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.
Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!
Two from Tenerife
My two favourite images from my recent night time adventure in Tenerife. Foregrounds and skies were shot separately and blended in PS.

Looks weird without full barrel in the shot.
Agreed. Long barrels on rifles get to be a challenge. Excuses are cheap though and I agree with your take on it. Thank you for looking and commenting. I appreciate you taking the time and hope you have a glorious day.
I agree with Lukasz and would suggest maybe cropping tightly on the receiver section and ignoring the full length of the barrel. Or reshoot the whole thing to include the muzzle.
Good point....the problem is that's a new cartridge (well, new in the gun world anyway), so I'm hesitant to crop out that single round at the bottom. You're right, though....with your comment and Lukask's I think I need to go back to the drawing board. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, positively, too. I really do appreciate it and sure do hope you have a glorious day.
