One of my shots from my coverage of the Motocross of Nations 2018 at Red Bud Raceway. Each country sends three riders to complete as a team. Italy rode to a strong second place. Shot with Nikon D500 and Nikor 70-200 F2.8. I love this step up as it give me basically the same result as a full frame with a 300 mm F2.8 but weighing a lot less.
The more I continue to age the more I seem to be drawn to images that retain a level of familiarity, but draw me away from the realities of life.
One of my favorite waterfalls I've photographed in recent years. deep in the backcountry of Vancouver Island lies this pristine oasis.
